Promotions

This module is used to maintain the contest data base. We use this module to schedule all contests and prizes and for use in the on-air Studio or as a Web Contest. This module is also used to create various user selectable reports and generate E-Mails to listeners.

On-Air Module

On-Air Studios

This module is used by the on-air staff to enter the contest winner/qualifiers information. Once entered, the information is available in reception for prize pickup and in Promotions for Reporting.

Pickup Module

Reception

This module is used in Reception to verify listener information, capture the release signature and award the prize to the winner. This module can also be used to add entries to the database, print mailing labels for prizes requiring special handling and view past and future contest information.

Caller ID

On-Air Studio

Optional: This module captures the caller ID information and links the caller information to the Contest Database highlighting winners within the "restricted" time limit. This requires the WHOZZ Calling Caller ID Unit from WHOZZ Calling and caller ID service from your telephone company.

Remote Locations

Optional: This module can be added to a laptop or other remote computer allowing listeners to enter their own information in an electronic ballot. We may also add 2 survey questions to the ballot. When the remote is over, the information is exported from the laptop and imported into the live database.

Since listeners will have access to this computer, the program "locks" the computer and limits the listener to the user definable ballot window in your choice of colors and a "banner" graphic.

System Admin

As part of our annual support license, all upgrades are included in the support fees. The software can be updated at anytime using the CSUpdate module. When run, the program will verify your support status and if updates are available, the module will backup your existing software then download and install the new versions.
