Center Stage Live also includes several modules for downloading and uploading copy from web sites.

Downloads Include:

• Local weather forecasts can be downloaded and sent to the On-Air studio for a live read or our special "Weather Parsing" routines parse the forecast to a 64-character message for the RDS System.

• Now Playing information from your Neilson BDS display on your web site for use during non-automation segments.

• Song requests from a Song Request Web Form

• Listener content such as Public Service Announcements, classified ads, comments, etc.

• Remote copy from remote versions of CSScheduler and CSReporter

Uploads Include:

• Now Playing information from CSRDS

Security

The CSWeather module is configured to access trusted sites where the information is in a specific format and is parsed before being added to the system. This restricts the program to very specific information in the format we expect. Anything not in this criteria is ignored.

Copy from web forms is captured in your promotion e-mail account and Center Stage Live will extract the information into a screening module. If approved, a simple click will post the data to the on-air studio and/or to the station's web site.

The remote modules require an "Authentication" key from the receiving site to be activated. These modules are available free of charge and can be downloaded from our site or installed using the installation set included with your Center Stage Live package.

An authentication key is an encrypted file created using Center Stage Live and includes a double key lock that is included with all copy received from the remote site. The key in the downloaded copy is authenticated against the active authentication list and if not authenticated the copy is ignored.

Authentication files can also be limited to a specific time allowing the user to access the system until the specified date. After that time the remote version stops working until another authentication key is activated.

The remote modules have a few special features that allow the content provider with a "Fast Link" for specific items.

SportsCaster

The remote version of CSScheduler includes our "SportsCaster" window for use at local sporting events where an internet connection is available. When started, we set the type of sport, the name of the teams and if sold, an advertiser message. When there is a change in the score, we simply enter the score and click "Send". This information is then sent to the host site where it is added to the on-air studio and the RDS system. If desired, we can write the copy for the on-air talent and include an audio file recorded at the event.

CSReporter

This will also send copy to the on-air studio but also includes "Groupings" ideal for School and Bus delays/closings. As part of the configuration we can add a "Group" that may include any number of individual schools, routes, businesses, etc. Simply select the group and the complete list is added to the message eliminating the need to add each item individually.

If desired, this information will be added to an XML file that can be used to automatically update your web site with the notice.
